Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm

Under the guidance of Chef Maria Luisa Manca, you will learn how to cook authentic Italian recipes using many ingredients imported directly from Italy. At the end of the evening you will sit down with your classmates and enjoy the cuisine you just prepared...with appropriate wine pairings of course!
 
The price for each class is $75/per person.
Students must bring their own apron.

Menu
Stuffed mini peppers with breadcrumbs and fresh herbs
Homemade Tagliatelle with creamy mushrooms sauce
Spicy lamb casserole with cipolline onions and marsala wine
