CORK EQUITY: Definition:
A method of saving big money and having lots of fun by getting hands on involvement assisting in the bottling, corking and labeling of your own premium wine. Like sweat equity - but with no sweat. However if you are not careful you might get a little wine on your sleeve!

Early in our 83 year history as a winemaking family some of our customers would drop by the winery with their empty jugs. Our Grandparents Emilio and Emilia Guglielmo would entertain them with stories, wine and often Italian songs played on an accordion while they would refill their jugs for the trip home. We invite you to relive this part of our past for this special bottle your own event circa 2008.

Nearly six thousand wine lovers have turned up at the cellar door on our Cork Equity Days looking for a great bottle of wine at a great price. Few have been disappointed! Don’t miss your chance to meet friends, have some fun, hear some great Italian music, enjoy complimentary bread & cheese —and get some very tasty wine in the bargain!

After all, you’ve earned it! Additional Chef’s Table passes will be available for $5 each.

We are again offering this sneak preview opportunity to taste the Cavalcade Cellar Red wine we will be offering at the bottle your own event. Just drop by the Tasting Room and ask for a sample during our normal hours. If you are unable to attend the Cork Equity day - you may place a pre-paid order with us and we will fill the bottles and have them ready for pickup the day after the event.

CORK EQUITY WHITE!
We will again offer a 2004 Chardonnay for tasting and sales. Most of this wine was shipped to England, but we have some left and we are pricing it for quick sales. The wine will sell for $60 per case, plus tax. Case sales only. This Chardonnay is already bottled, labeled, and ready to enjoy.

CUSTOM CORK EQUITY LABELS!
Back by popular demand...We are again offering the opportunity to commemorate the event with your own custom labels. We'll take your photo (individuals, couples, or group) then give you a custom label to apply to your wine that day. You'll have your choice of three styles plus a personal message. No minimum to order. $2 each + tax

NEW - APPLY YOUR OWN WINE CAPSULES!
New this time...Now you can really dress up the Cellar Red you just bottled. Capsules are the enclosures on the top of bottles that protect the cork top and dress up the appearance. You can now have the opportunity to put these heat shrink PCV capsules on your bottles.
