Our 2006 Villa Emile Chardonnay is again produced from grapes grown in the world-renown grapegrowing region of California’s Monterey County. Warm days produce Chardonnay with luscious citrus and tropical fruit character while the cool nights contribute to a well-balanced acidity. The 2006 vintage shows inviting fresh-picked citrus, apple, and pear aromas and flavors complemented on the palate by a subtle touch of toasty oak. While pairing perfectly with fish and seafood, this wine is equally at home with poultry dishes and pastas.
