.Enticing berry and cherry aromas and flavors are nicely accented by a touch of spice. The light acidity makes this unique wine a perfect match for a variety of spicy chicken, meat and pasta dishes. This wine can be served slightly chilled with a variety of lighter foods including turkey, scallops, pasta salads and barbequed chicken. The limited production of the 2005 vintage yielded only 245 cases.
