Enjoy tasting premium wines in a private setting including a souvenir wine glass, entertainment and 12 tastings of premium South Valley Wines during the Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras Festival. 12 tastings can be used either Saturday and/or Sunday. Must be 21+ to attend the Premium Wine Tasting Event. Stroll through the Mushroom Mardi Gras Festival and shop at over 300 vendor booths including handcrafted Arts & Crafts and items you can only find at a festival, Gourmet food booths, live entertainment on two stages, street performers and strolling musicians, Cooking demonstrations with food tastings, Mushroom Exhibit, Wine & Beer Gardens and Munchkinland for the kids with Rides, Games and kids entertainment and much, much more!

The Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras Festival, now in its 38th year of turning Memorial Day weekend into a celebration of the mushroom, has unveiled its plans for the FREE May 27 and 28 festival in south Santa Clara County.  Wine Tasting Event is $25 and tickets can be purchased in advance.  Plenty of FREE Parking in our new Parking Garage Downtown!

The two-day festival of family fun includes live entertainment on two stages, arts and crafts with a special “Artists Section” for fine arts & quality craft, gourmet offerings, a mushroom educational exhibit, cooking demonstrations, strolling musicians, street performers and several city blocks of booths with finds that include everything from carved wooden mushrooms to news that you can use. Munchkin Land is on track to captivate kids with rides, games and continuous entertainment.

The festival star – The Mushroom – can be tasted in soup, stuffed, sandwiched, deep-fried, marinated, over rice and much more. Local mushroom growers are hosting educational exhibits on how mushrooms grow and the latest nutrition research. There will also be plenty of just-picked, locally-grown portabella, crimini and white mushrooms – the ultimate, take-home souvenir.
